🌿 What are Live Guided Meditations?

Live guided meditations are a chance to slow down in real time with gentle guidance and support. Instead of sitting in silence or feeling like you’re “doing it wrong,” you’ll be guided through simple practices that:

  • Help you feel calm and grounded.
  • Bring awareness to the body and breath.
  • Encourage kind self-talk and compassion.
  • Create a pocket of positivity in your month.

These sessions aren’t about perfection — they’re about giving yourself permission to stop, breathe, and simply be.
