How to Join (Easy)
- A few minutes before start time, click Join Live Session above.
- Choose Join in browser (desktop) or open the Meet app (mobile).
- Keep your mic muted; camera is optional. Headphones recommended.
Timekeeping (Important)
- Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle and check audio. – Please ensure you mic is set to mute.
- We start promptly at [8:00pm]. If you arrive after we’ve begun, you’ll be admitted at the first natural pause. If Ruth is hosting solo, admitting latecomers may take a moment — thank you for understanding.
What You’ll Need (Optional)
A comfy chair or cushion, a cosy blanket, headphones, and a glass of water or herbal tea.
Tech Tips
- If you can’t hear, check your device output and unmute in Meet.
- Echo/feedback? Use headphones.
- Poor connection? Move closer to your router or turn your camera off.
- Please turn mic off when you enter, and when the meditation is underway.
Can’t Find the Email?

Transfers & Cancellations
- Tickets for one-off live meditations can be transferred once to another person or to a future session of equal/lower value if you email at least 24 hours before start time.
- No refunds once the session has started.
